This will be an in-person tournament held on the University of Waterloo campus. Please read this invitation carefully for registration information. More details for this tournament will be released in the official tournament package, closer to the date of the tournament.

This schedule is tentative and is subject to change, *including Quarterfinals and/or Novice Semifinals being dropped based on registration numbers, in which case, the schedule will be shifted up. Information about rooms will be released soon with our full tournament package.

Fees: $150/team, $50/judge
Judging Requirement: n/2 rounded up, with a $50 missing judge fee.

Preliminary Registration will be open until June 6, 2025.
All institutions that reserve team spots will receive a confirmation email after registration has closed containing participant information forms for each individual participant. To confirm attendance, please submit this by June, 13 2025. This email will also include a payment link for WUSA’s ticketing platform. If there are issues completing payment using this platform by June 13, 2025, please reach out to [email protected] ASAP.
Drop deadline: teams must reach out to [email protected] by June 9, 2025 to drop with a full refund. No refunds will be given to teams that drop past this date.
